    4. Ross needs cash after Charity blackmails him
Chas has Ross over a barrel when she tells him that she knows he shot Robert. Her demands? £50,000 in cash. Hence a desperate Ross heading into town in disguise with baby Moses to fleece a local jeweller's. When Charity arrives just as he's exiting the establishment, will she end up being his saviour? Certainly, by the end of the week, Charity is trying to get Ross on side as she faces financial pressure of her own, but will he be tempted by her dodgy business offer?

Mike Parr warns “Charity has ultimate control over Ross”

Things are going to get very dark between Ross Barton and Charity Dingle in next week’s Emmerdale as she sticks the knife in. The villager has only just returned from prison but her stint behind bars hasn’t done anything to dampen her dodgy, criminal spirit. She starts blackmailing Emma Barton after finding out what she did to Noah, and then turns her attention on Ross.
Michael Parr, who plays Ross, explained: “Ross walks in on Emma and Charity having a conversation and being the dark characters that they are he realises something is going on.
“He leans on Emma to get information and she eventually cracks and tells Ross about Charity’s blackmailing.
“He’s not surprised by either of them, Emma’s done some shady things in the past with Noah, he’s shocked at home stupid that could have been.
“But then with Charity, he’s not surprised that she’s manipulating everybody. Ross grabs her and pins her against the wall where she plays her ace card, that she knows he shot Robert.
“It’s not a shock, it’s just frustrating for Ross because he’s trying to walk away from that, he did it when he was in a dark place and it’s being used against him.
“Charity has ultimate control over Ross and can get him to do pretty much anything that she wants, she’s the boss over him."
It turns out that what Charity wants is money. So she demands that he raids the local jewellery store to get his hands on diamonds for her to sell off.
But the raid might not go quite to plan as Michael added: “Ross is being held back on this raid because he has precious cargo with him in the form of his little boy.
“He doesn’t want to take Moses with him but no one will look after him and he’s in desperate need to get this cash for Charity.
“So him and Moses become partners in crime. As with Ross things don’t go smoothly but Charity steps in and helps him get away with it.”
Asked if he likes the fact Ross has returned to his criminal ways, Michael said: “Yeah, it was nice for him to settle down for a little bit but I think the audience know that didn’t suit him.
“So as long as he keeps being a good father then I like Ross being a naughty boy.”

Yeah the only thing I can think of is Ross and Charity believe nothing will happen to Debbie but even then Pete warned Ross Debbie would get in trouble before she provided an alibi for Ross.

Emmerdale: Michael Parr on Ross and Charity's future - "They'd have sex just to annoy Cain!"
"There's obviously some chemistry between them," adds the actor

Charity Dingle is to blackmail Ross Barton into fleecing a high-class jewellers in next week's Emmerdale - and actor Michael Parr is enjoying seeing Ross revert to his bad boy ways.

"Charity and Ross work well together and there's a lot of money to be made and a lot of trouble to be caused," says the soap star. "For the audience, it'd be much better to see them together."

Upcoming episodes of the ITV soap will see Charity blackmail Ross for £50,000 after dropping the bombshell that she knows about him shooting Robert.

True to form, Ross turns to crime as a way of getting himself out of the mess. "He has to do whatever Charity says," Parr insists. "She's the boss of him at the moment. He needs to raise a large amount of cash and is there anything more valuable in this world than diamonds? So Ross ends up robbing a very fancy jewellery shop."

But Ross isn't expecting his blackmailer to turn criminal cohort when Charity steps in to help him get away with his heist. And pretty soon, Charity is spying an opportunity for a more permanent business arrangement with Ross.

But could the two soon be mixing business with pleasure? "I don't know. There's obviously some chemistry between them. They've been there before and they'd probably have sex just to annoy Cain! We'll have to wait and see where that one goes."

And is Parr happy to see Ross walking a dangerous path again? After all, he was starting to become a responsible father figure after bonding with his and Charity's son Moses. "Well, it was nice to have him settle down and do the family thing. But the audience knew it didn't really suit him. So as long as he keeps being a good father, I like Ross being the naughty boy!"
