Ailsa died of a heart attack in 2000 and was cremated ... she did come back to Alf as a vision a couple of years later but I can´t see that happening again after all this time.

it's a case of wikipedia users adding stuff because they're stupid.
The "source" is essentially this scan from this weeks TV Week, where she says she would consider returning, but would only want to do it for 2 weeks, but then goes on to say it's virtually impossible because her character is dead.
