Well Nicola was a bit slow getting her name on the deeds, unusual for her.

If Carl didnt leave a will it would go to his next of
kin -his children -as he was divorced.
But a person.can leave their assets to whomever
they wish.People who were financially dependent
on the deceased can petition to have provision
made for them eg children or disabled relative
or former wife in receipt of alimony at time of death

Ive had a quick look at ED wikia -it mentions
Donald da Souza buying it for Carl & Lexi.
Also that Carl.realises the only asset he has
is the property (and some cash) when he is
setting up transport co.with Jimmy.

It doesnt mention if property was part of
company deal or if Carl left a will?
and it is quite vague?!

I dont remember anything specific from
programme- perhaps some one else will ?

Andy is an asshole he tried to kill Robert yet again tried to act like a victim! I know Robert is not a perfect man but he never ever tried to be noble. So tired of Andy self righteous attitude acting like he is a saint when he is not!

So Andy is taking the moral high ground, this is the guy who:
Killed his Mum, Shot his Dad while trying to kill his brother
Beat his wife , tried to kill Pete and agreed that Ross should kill Robert,
tried to kill Robert again and makes no effort to to anything to free innocent Aaron
What a guy & yet Robert is deemed the evil one of the pair - he too is no saint by any means but Andy has got away with far too much over the years, why is he always protected he should be held accountable like he want's Robert to be for what he has done - double standards.

Don't forget statutory rape. He was 18 and sleeping with a 14/15 year old Debbie. It was also Andy that decided they would steal the car that ended up killing their headmistress.
