Disaster will strike on Neighbours next month as a fire breaks out at Erinsborough High, leaving a number of Ramsay Street residents in danger.

The blaze will start on the day of a huge protest at the school, which sees the locals stage a sleepout in the building after hearing that the council plans to close it down.

Brad Willis (Kip Gamblin) is one character at the centre of the drama when he is left with a terrible decision to make after realising that both his estranged wife Terese and his new lover Lauren have failed to escape the burning building.

Following their discovery that a fire was spreading, Lauren will attempt to follow Brad out of danger, but instead decides to head back to get a terrified Terese.

Although Lauren does her best to persuade Terese to move out to safety, a massive explosion soon rocks the corridor, prompting the lockers to fall down and pin both women to the ground.

Realising that Lauren and Terese are still trapped inside, Brad bravely decides to head back to the place where he saw them last and eventually finds them unconscious.

Struggling with smoke inhalation, Brad tries to pick up both women but when he is unable to manage, he has to make a split second decision over who to take out first.

Brad decides to carry Lauren out, leaving an injured Terese on the floor as the fire draws closer. Will Terese survive the blaze, and will she ever forgive Brad for his decision if she does?

Brad is still feeling guilty about his decision to save Lauren in the fire before Terese. Not only has Terese been injured, the relationship with his kids has been damaged.

Feeling his guilt, Lauren suggests that Brad should lend Terese a helping hand to get home from hospital. However, when Brad spends more time with Terese than planned, Lauren can't help worrying.

Brad did the right thing. You can see from the pictures that Terese is more badly trapped under the lockers than Lauren. He couldn't get Terese out. I guess at least 2 firemen rescued her.

I love the fact Lauren starts to worry. And I'm not saying that because of the fire, but they have been so focused on their relationship and completely throwing anyone else feelings aside that they deserve to know how it feels. I hope Lauren gets a small look into how Terese felt.
It says a lot that the only person they confide in about their relationship and to justify their actions is Paige, the only family member who fully supports it.

Does this mean you think Brad did the right thing during the fire then? Seeing as you've changed the subject!
