Why are Zak and Lisa only objecting to Belle drinking because of her medication? She's underage! Poor example for a soap to be setting.

I've only really started watching Emmerdale regularly recently. Can someone fill me in on what Debbie did that Nikhil blames her for? I know that Gennie was murdered by Cameron and that Debbie was with Cameron.

gennie was convinced cameron was cheating on chas with debbie, hide in debbie's house overheard cameron admitting to killing carl, debbie and cameron chased gennie she crashed

Gennie suspected Cameron was is having an affair with Debbie (he was engaged to Chas at the time), so she hid in Debbie's house to catch them out. Gennie recorded a conversation between Cameron and Debbie where Cameron admitted to killing Carl. they see Gennie leaving the house in terror and they chased her, Gennie managed to get in her car and drove off in panic (she only just passed her driving test) she then lost control of the car while being pursued by them and it plunges down a ravine. Gennie survived the crash

As Cameron pulls her out of the car wreckage. Debbie goes off to call an ambulance, Gennie unable to move begged Cameron not to hurt her, but instead he suffocated her in order to keep his secret. When the police and paramedics get there, Debbie lies & tells them that she saw the accident while driving by and hadn't been there but admitted the truth later then Chas frog marched her to the police station.

Why isn't Gennie's headstone named Sharma not Walker, she was married

One question, what happened after Gennie's death? Did Debbie know for certain that Cameron had suffocated Gennie and decide to withold the information, or did she only find out later?

She found out later but before the siege in the Woolpack
