Is anyone else annoyed by how they have handled Brad and Laurens relationship? Whilst I know Terese was hardly perfect and acted irrationally sometimes, why is she being blamed by just about everyone for them getting together?
I use to really like Paige, but she became manipulative, a liar and a criminal. Terese tried to make Brad see what she was doing but they couldn't see past their perfect daughters pretty face...
Yes, Terese made mistakes, but Brad cheated (again) with the one woman who Terese had always been worried about and she's to blame for it happening? Don't think so.

Colour me annoyed too. I think it is awful how Terese has been portrayed and actually not in keeping with how extra-marital affairs are usually handled in Neighbours. Even Saint Susan who was never that understanding when her husband cheated, has all sorts of empathy for those two scrubbers.

Agreed. I find it deeply irritating and really can't stand Paige now. Brad, as described on another forum, is being "dick of the millennium" (love that quote!) �� and can only get worse. Hopefully the scriptwriters redeem themselves by giving us a future for Terese where she gets happy and fabulous, and Brad can watch on miserably from the other side of the street ��

This whole line of "We don't want to hurt anyone" line that Brad and Lauren keep spouting out is a lot of rubbish. If you didn't want to hurt anyone, would you have an affair?
The nicest thing Brad could have done was end things with Terese and then move on with Lauren. It still would have hurt and been a rubbish move, but it wouldn't hurt so much knowing they went behind your back.
I SO hope Terese moves on, especially after the fire. I hope Josh and Piper see Brad for what he is when he chooses to save Lauren over their own mum, but I don't doubt that'll happen, they will probably defend him and say it was a difficult choice, which it is. But Brad is a little fickle I think and no doubt it this Brad and Lauren thing is long term, he will cheat again. As the saying goes "if he cheats with you, he will cheat on you." That's proven to be true so far with him!
