Read today that it might not be possible for Netflix to take it because of some exclusive deal with Amazon on the first 3 series

I've read that too but it's still worth signing the petition because it's getting lots of publicity, which will make Hannibal more attractive to whoever might be able to pick it up (possibly Amazon).

Mads and Hugh are backing the campaign.

Love these two together. Hugh is extremely good looking and there is something in the way Mads plays Hannibal that make him quite interesting but then again I was always fascinated by Hannibal Lecter after reading all Thomas Harris books on him

Mads is more type.

I've been a fan of his for years and seen lots of his Danish TV and films. He really is an excellent actor because he's so different in every role. Hannibal is one of the few parts in which I've seen him play a villain.

I'm very, very sad to have watched what seems likely to have been the last ever episode of Hannibal. It was a thoroughly satisfying end though, so that makes the cancellation slighly easier to bear.

The showrunner, Brian Fuller, has said never say never, so there's still a slight chance of more Hannibal in the future. Fingers (and everything else) crossed.

Further to my last post, this is the latest on Hannibal's future (featured in the the most recent Hannibal petition update):

\"In several of the interviews, Fuller said producer Martha de Laurentiis is currently looking into a number of possibilities, including taking to Kickstarter to finance a feature film followup to Hannibal’s three seasons. That would allow him, as he told HitFix, “to return this cast to the big screen from whence they came, and Hannibal Lecter to the big screen from whence he came. It seems perfectly symmetrical.” Though he also called the odds of either a movie or an actual fourth season on another platform “less than 50/50, and not in our favor,” he still stressed that he remains hopeful it will happen, potentially as soon as a year or two from now.\"

Yeah I read the interview..he is right Mads and Hugh are movie actors so it won't be a big jump for them. I also read he is hoping for a workaround for the Clarice issue so he can do silence of the lambs if and when he is picked up or makes a movie. Season 3 has not been aired yet here in Germany (well at least not on paid TV) so I have to wait til the DVD is out. Heard about last episode so can't wait for that

Got the last series for christmas.. Only 2 episodes to go.. was not impressed with the first 4 episodes but has gotten way better since.. Can't wait for the final
