There's been strangely little hype about the live episode so far.

Perhaps they are still knitting it.!
I hope its not a let down -I thought it
would be a Plattorama -now not so
    sure.
Whomever it features -I hope it
    develops some current stories believably-
not just add-on scenes that dont develop!
Theyve said its Lloyds & Andreas exit-
    but not much else!!

It's definitely going to be a Plattorama MM!

Perdita's above video link didn't work for me, but I assume it's this latest trailer for the live episode featuring the Platts running from Callum:

Make a note in your diaries, as Coronation Street has officially confirmed the transmission details for its upcoming live episode.
The hour-long broadcast has been scheduled in for Wednesday, September 23 in a 7.30pm timeslot - going head-to-head with hit BBC One show The Great British Bake Off for 30 minutes.
Coronation Street is broadcasting the live episode to help celebrate 60 years of ITV.
48 cast members are taking part in the episode and rehearsals have begun today (September 9) on the show's set at Media City. The first official read-through of the script took place yesterday.
Cast and crew will have two full weeks of rehearsals before going live to the nation in a fortnight's time.
The live episode will focus on the Platt family's desperate attempts to deal with bad boy Callum Logan, who pushes them to breaking point with a twisted plan to extort £20,000 from them.
Lloyd Mullaney and Andrea Beckett will be waving goodbye in the episode following a leaving party in The Rovers, while Roy Cropper has a gathering of his own as he celebrates turning 60 at the café and continues to grow closer to Cathy Matthews.
There'll also be a big shock in store for Tim Metcalfe when he finds out about his fiancée Sally Webster's secret kiss with her ex Kevin.
After the live episode, ITV2 will air a special backstage aftershow hosted by Stephen Mulhern, featuring interviews with the cast as they come off air. This will transmit at 10pm.
Love many, trust few, always paddle your own canoe

I want to know where's all the hype for the live episode? I'm puzzled about why ITV don't seem to be publicising it anywhere near as much as other live soap episodes.
