    Coronation Street airs shock scenes tonight (August 24) as Callum Logan secretly drugs his ex-girlfriend Sarah Platt.

    Callum decides to take drastic action after the Platts tell him that they're taking Max to the police station to share what he knows about the recent attack on Jason Grimshaw.

    Unfortunately, this only gives Callum enough warning to put a counter-plan into action, as he heads to The Rovers and spikes Sarah's drink while she is busy doing a shift behind the bar.

    Later, Callum's crony Gemma corners Bethany (Lucy Fallon) and shows her some sinister footage of her mum passed out on the sofa at the Platt house.

    Gemma blackmails Bethany into giving Callum and alibi by showing her a picture of a drugged up Sarah

    Callum is threatening to harm Sarah unless Bethany goes straight to the police station and gives him an alibi for the time of Jason's attack, but will she agree?

    Coronation Street airs these scenes tonight (August 24) at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
