I dont think the affair will become known either!
If only because they havent decided how to write/
deal with Chrissies reaction. They brought in
Laurence to create mystery and a background for
Ednas husband - but now hes not doing much.

I dont know if Chrissie is a good enough actress
to portray.a woman who.finds out her husband
is the same bisexuality as her father. Or are we
meant to think she suspects and is in some form
of shock - which is why she is so wooden.

And the sister hasnt arrived yet - when and if she
does - may throw more light on family background
and dynamics.
Also not sure if Nu Robert is likely to stay for some
time or just one contract to stir things up!

They have brought in potentially interesting
scenarios but not planned in enough detail.

There are rumours robett might be killed off this summer but honestly ryan hawley is the only reason the whitw family is interesting. Ryan Hawley also is up for two british soap awards very impressive for a newcomer to the show.
