Such a forgetable character being introduced again does not make sense... Unless a new actor is playing him

Probably will be a recast swmc as the
previous recast doesnt seem to have
done much acting since.
He wasnt actually in many episodes but
was mentioned over quite a period of
time!!

Was in 10 episodes from 1996 ( when he
and Tracy married) and moved to London.
Last episode 2003 when divorced- so
married for several years -off screen
Tracy played by previous actress then
recast when character returned after long
time away.
So I suppose can fill the gap with all sorts
of events. I do remember Dierdre didn't
want Tracy to get divorced!

Probably back mainly to give Tracy a storyline!!
