I agree its horrible- but the storyline is
forecast to last for months and affect
all members of both families. Chrissie
is obviously concerned about Lachlan
but if she accepted he was at fault
initially -part of the storyline would
stop immediately and there wouldn't
be so much drama!.Also I think
probably a parents first instinct
would be to believe their child-
despite doubts.So much publicity
about men& women abusing underage
boys & girls.

Availabilty of porn and its affect on
very young people and parents
worry about the subject is very
important and I hope its dealt
with thoroughly.
Re complaints to.Ofcom -I do
think as programmes can be
re-scheduled for football &
Award ceremonies etc- they
could have put the programme on
later and avoided that particular
problem at the start of this
story.

Yes-I agree-but people do look for things to
complain about. They will be against the
idea of storyline in principle -so will complain
anyway.
I do accept that storylines cant really be
censored before they start. Its just
that its so predictable that it happened.
Ofcom have exonerated ED before-so
await outcome.

Good point. Money has always allowed
the wealthy to buy a way out of problems.
Wonder if further down storyline- it will
happen again in this case.
