I think when you are grieving you can also suffer from depression and as Andy was contemplating suicide, I think he is suffering from it ...

I think we are meant to believe she sought the nearest shelter from a shower although Amba was dressed for a cold day and the pram had a rain cover. The scriptwriters really have no idea when it comes to paving the way for an exit for a character
