    EE Spoilers 2nd - 6th March

EastEnders favourite Dot Branning continues to stubbornly refuse help from her loved ones next month.

Dot (June Brown) will spend at least the next few weeks in prison after handing herself into the police over the death of her wayward son Nick.

While a number of Albert Square's residents were prepared to cover for Dot by concealing the truth, she was determined to face the consequences of her decision to let Nick die.

Although she has several worries of her own, Dot's long-term friend Sharon Mitchell (Letitia Dean) will try her best to support her over the coming days.

However, when Sharon pays a visit to the jail, she is shocked when Dot refuses to accept any help from her and asks her not to return.

Sharon refuses to listen to Dot and immediately consults with Charlie and Roxy, promising that she will find the cash to get Dot a good lawyer. Will Sharon be able to get through to Dot and convince her to fight the charges before it's too late?

If she was with him and did nothing to help him, it could be classed as murder.

It's a bit of a grey area - maybe more likely manslaughter, but remember Dot also supplied the drugs that killed Nick. She gave him the drugs, then sat back and did nothing to help while he died. I certainly think there are grounds there for detaining Dot.

Not DS ones, but some spoilers nonetheless:

    Monday 2nd March

The Police arrive with worrying news about Dean. Shirley revives advice from an unlikely foe. Nancy continues to pressure Mick and Linda but will she reveal the truth to Shirley.

    Tuesday 3rd March

Things get too much for Linda and she eventually reveals her fears to her Mum. The Pressure grows for both Kim and Kat causing the pair to let their hair down in The Vic.

    Thursday 5th March

Four women find themselves in The Vic after hours but will sharing their experiences bring them closer together? Lee drops a bombshell on Whitney.

    Friday 6th March

After the events of the night before, a drunken Kat receives a visit from the social worker but this is the least of her worries when she hears some disturbing news. Kim crumbles under the pressure of her secret and comes clean to Patrick.

So sick of the Carters, personally

She would be charged with Murder in the first instance and then probably a reduced charge of Manslaughter would be accepte. The best practice is to arrest for murder and reduce the charge rather than arrest for manslaughter and increse the charge to murder.
