No-one... I mean, no-one, can possibly fall for Patrick's kind act again. Maxine better not fall for it.

I think the hospital killer is most likely Dr Savage. The killings only started recently so it must be a new character, he is the highest authority so he will easily get the substance, he cleared everyone out so he could "complete tests". Also, they didn't want Will dead until he woke up, so perhaps it was something Will said, and the closest person of all staff is Dr Savage as he is Dirk's brother and was the only staff there to hear Will's allegations which motivated the hospital killer.

Where was the police officer that was suppose to be guarding Will outside the room...

I am claso confused of how they don't know the real reason the two victims have died, surely real hospitals can find the real reasons of why someone dies... But im no doctor.

I suppose it could be Kim but my only reasoning is that her and Joe are hiding something. Maybe Joe got Kim to 'bump' off someone in the past.

If the gloved killer is a hospital staff member the police officer would not have taken any notice them going in and out of Will's room this would be normal and what ever the killer is injecting them with don't show up in autopsy report as Rick died of a heart attack
