I live in Ilford Essex and work in london boroughs of Newham, Waltham Forest and Barking and Dagenham. Have had to go to Hackney for work here and there over the years. Always get lost but I have my sat nav now. Had to do some consultation work with patients when they were moving their community dental services in that very old hospital (St Leonards i think)To a new all purpose building with no thought given to parking.not so long ago.
Are you aware of Newham Parent Book shop? They support a lot of writers. Sometimes they organise readings which i have gone to. I love my books.
