Declan can tell how Charity had set up Sam for the fire, (which won't go down well with the Dingle clan) paid Rachel to leave the village with Jai's baby, had Dan Spencer beaten up and Ali and the kids threatened.

yes...but Declan and Charity werent married when Rachel go tpaid off, so the money came from Declan/Home Farm account...and wasnt it Declan that arranged for Dan to be beaten up?

I mean Declan implicates himself as he tries to puch any blame on Chairty, and he has just hit her with a mallet, rammed her in the car boot, attempted to bury her, and was seen trying to tip her in the lake form the boat....

so for every inch of poo Charirty is in, Declan can be shown to be a foot deep

I think Megan will blame Charity for killing Robbie, only Megan saw Declan shoot the flare gun at Robbie and he is missing

just a small pedantic point - when the cottage was shown from the outside - there were a row of telephone wires coming in from the right and a telephone pole and connecting wires going into the house on the left!!

so why were they cut off and couldnt ring home?

I suppose that mobile phones are not to work because of the location and Declan disabled the house line ... hence no connection to call home ..

On another point though:

Although Charity was clobbered round the head quite viciously, she did not seem to have any problems like headache, dizziness ... in fact, she managed to try to escape on foot for quite a bit and then on a boat and by the time she got home, her hair was beautifully styled, no need for stitches and a bandage on her head ...

Also when a body was found why were Megan as Robbie's next of kin and Charity as Declan's both not told and taken to the mortuary, as at that point the identity wasn't known?
