With Nicola low after her job interview and in need of a large glass of wine, she heads back to Mulberry with Steve. Steve confides that things are not going well with Bernice, and when Jimmy calls, Nicola finds herself lying to him about her whereabouts.

As the alcohol flows, the pair continue to enjoy their time together. A keen Steve makes his move as he leans in for a kiss, but will Nicola respond?

Meanwhile, Moira is fuming when Cain returns from the station. She lays into him for having helped Adam escape. Moira demands that he speaks to Chas to find out if Adam is with Aaron, and then gives Cain the order to pack his bags and leave. Will he be able to put things right?

Elsewhere, Cameron cannot believe his luck to realise Adam has done a runner, an act that would surely imply his guilt.

Also today, with Joanie under the impression that Amy is some sort of nanny, she calls on her to look after Kyle while she goes to an appointment. Amy is both excited and apprehensive at the prospect of spending some time alone with her son. At the same time, a worried Victoria goes to see Zak. She explains the extent of Amy's lies and is desperate for him to talk some sense into her friend.

Finally, David is concerned to learn that Priya is staying another week at boot camp, Val thinks they should have accepted Derek's offer, and Ruby seems increasingly broody.

    Tuesday

With Nicola increasingly tempted by Steve and his proposition, she considers how she could sneak away to meet him. However, on arriving home to see Jimmy and Angel happily playing together, she is overwhelmed with love.

Nicola realises that she could never do anything to hurt her family and promptly goes to tell Steve just that. But will Steve take no for an answer - particularly when he reminds her of the money he has 'lent' her?

Meanwhile, with Adam still missing, Moira is in a state of panic, knowing how bad this looks for him. When Declan arrives to see if she has spoken to the bank, she bites back that it's not at the top of her list of priorities right now, but it's clear that won't be the end of it.

Later at the pub, Moira asks Chas if Aaron has heard from Adam. She is annoyed when Chas says fortunately not, relieved that Aaron has not got himself caught up in this saga. Moira spoils for a fight and in her conviction Adam is not guilty, remarks how not everyone can kill people and walk away like nothing has happened.

Elsewhere, following the confrontation between Moira and Chas, Debbie feels guilty that Chas still thinks she is Carl's killer.

Also today, Zak attempts to talk some sense into Amy, but when she says Joanie is fine with her and she knows who she really is, Zak relents a little, also intrigued by his grandson.

Finally, Ali realises how much a baby would mean to Ruby.

    Wednesday

Brenda finds the Dictaphone while going through some of Gennie's belongings. After pressing play, she hears the conversation regarding Debbie and Cameron's affair.

Unable to listen to any more, Brenda presses stop and later returns the Dictaphone to a guilty Debbie, who is freaked at what Brenda may know. But soon Debbie is making a shocking discovery all of her own...

Meanwhile, with Cain desperate to help Moira as she continues to worry about losing her son and the farm, he approaches Charity and asks for a favour - in need of cash and quick. Will Charity be able to resist the thrill of one night of danger back to their old scamming ways?

Elsewhere, Nicola summons the courage to tell Jimmy all that has been going on with Steve. It's not long before a stunned and disgusted Jimmy is brandishing a golf club and heading towards Mulberry. But Steve's not going to take it quietly when he gives them all a piece of his mind.

Also today, Bob is set to move in with Brenda.

    Thursday

Debbie is in a spin as she thinks what to do next. She tells Cameron that she has to pick the kids up and is relieved to get away from him. Debbie is frantic as she arrives at Butler's farm and is horrified to realise that Adam has been set up for Alex's murder. She quickly works out that it must have been Cameron.

Debbie sits listening to the Dictaphone over and over again. She then makes a decision to see Chas and insists that they need to talk. Will Chas believe Debbie and the Dictaphone when she takes it to her?

Meanwhile, Cameron has set the table for dinner and feels good as he looks at the engagement ring he has bought for Debbie…

Elsewhere, Ali attempts to put Ruby off having a child, but realises the baby issue is not going to go away. Later, Rachel gives Ali food for thought when she asks if she can seriously deny Ruby the opportunity to be a mum.

Also, Nicola is grateful to Bernice for not telling Jimmy about her kissing Steve. Nicola tells an irked Jimmy they can withdraw Angel from private school but they won't get the fees back. Jimmy makes Nicola come clean about the money.

Finally, Cain asks Charity for her help on a new venture, Diane comforts an upset Bernice, and Kerry offers to take Gennie's clothes to the charity shop for Brenda.

Chas reels as she realises what Debbie is saying. Debbie insists that it's the truth and slowly the stories ring true for Chas. Chas asks to hear the Dictaphone again, but soon Debbie is scared as an emotional Chas shouts at her, thinking Debbie was part of it all too. Chas is stunned that Debbie knew Cameron killed Carl and didn't say anything.

Soon afterwards, Chas takes the Dictaphone from Debbie and tells her to get into the car, as they are going to the police. Chas is in control and is still furious that Debbie betrayed her. Debbie is forced to going along with whatever Chas is saying. Will Chas and Debbie report Cameron?

Meanwhile, Cameron heads to see if he can find Debbie. Hiding his unease at her disappearance, he leaves Debbie another voicemail asking where she is…

Elsewhere, Charity gets into Cain's car in a disguise - they are clearly enjoying the game. They arrive at the hotel and quickly see Miles, the perfect target for their scam. Cain disappears as Charity heads inside with him. Charity is working her magic on Miles when unbeknownst to her, Jai walks into the same hotel. He leaves Charity a voicemail telling her to get over to the hotel as he has booked them a surprise room. How will Charity get out of this one, and will Jai recognise her if he sees her in the hotel?

Also, Ruby is thrilled when Ali agrees to them having a baby. They decide to tell Sean and Amelia, but how will each of the kids react?

Finally, Kerry puts her foot in it when she dresses up in Gennie's old clothes, Nicola drowns her sorrows, while Rodney worries that Bernice and Gabby may be homeless.

    Friday

Debbie returns home, knowing she has to be strong. Cameron seems to buy her story as he hides the engagement ring. Later, police officers Shields and Flanagan want to interview Debbie on her own, but they explain they haven't got enough evidence to charge Cameron. They ask if she'd agree to them putting cameras in her house so they can get the proof they need.

When Debbie arrives home, she covers where she has been. Will the plan work to get the evidence they need against Cameron?

Meanwhile, Charity calls Jai and claims that she's running late. She is anxious as she watches him speaking to Miles at the bar. Can the scam work now? Charity tells Cain about Jai being in the bar, but despite it being a spanner in the works, Cain is determined they still go through with it. As Jai heads upstairs, Charity heads over to Miles. But will the scam work now Jai has turned up?

Elsewhere, Bernice is still unimpressed with Nicola as she begs her not to tell Jimmy about kissing Steve. Jimmy goes to see Bernice who thinks they'll both eventually forgive Nicola, but Jimmy thinks it's a long road.

Also, Victoria reluctantly agrees to cover for Amy, who is going to see Kyle, but Victoria is annoyed Amy is lying to everyone.

Finally, as a fed up Sean confides in Sandy about Ali and Ruby wanting a baby, will Sandy give Sean wise advice?
