They pronounce it as it is spelt ..Loa ... has lots of meanings, apparently, in various languages, most commonly Louise

Really getting annoyed now with the Irish passport office.. I sent application on the 5th April and still no sign of the passport.. Rang the embassy in Germany but can't get the right person on the phone. Have sent emails, left messages and still no joy.. Over 2 months without a passport now.
