Why do characters in soaps always sober up within seconds? If Kerry had passed out due to too much vodka, she would have been in the ambulance, not arguing with Andy

Surprised she didn't go up in flames, spilt a fair amount down herself. Good episode imo, good acting . Sandy stole the show for me ,very funny on that scooter.

I think Debbie is jealous of Cain's relationship with Moira, he is happy and has a new love while she is still in love with Cameron and very unhappy

The scene with Moira and Amy and baby Jack was nice I thought

Amy could do better than Andy

A very good week for Emmerdale indeed:

Emmerdale trumped rival soap EastEnders in the ratings battle, as the two shows went head to head on Tuesday night.

The hour-long episode of the ITV soap was watched by 7.5 million viewers, while the BBC programme was seen by a peak audience of 5.2 million on May 14, reported The Sun.

But according to Bafta, Deadenders is STILL the best continuing drama/soap.... the viewing figures v Corrie AND Emmerdale tell a very different story.
