The easiest way round it would be to have him badly burned and hide him away in a burns unit, then if he's found guilty he can die from his injuries, if not, he can recover and return to the street. After all history is repeating itself as far as the fire is concerned so it could also repeat itself in as far as it's kevin that goes in to save stella.

And if found not guilty what possible justification could they have for not letting him back. Do you mean that everyone who has an allegation made against them should lose their jobs?????
