I thought Toadie would have been able to restrain himself from hitting Troy,especially with him being a lawyer and should know ther would be concequences for his actions.He is totally playing right into Troy's hands.And I would have thought that the cops would have had to get a statment from Troy before they could serve Toadie with an interum order and not just turn up out off the blue with one.
So far Troy 1 Toadie 0. I'm looking forward to round 2.

It was a bit too convenient that Jade just happened to have her medical records handy,when Toadie mentioned that something like that would help their case against Troy.And why did Jade even have a relationship with him if it happened after he went with Sonnya surely she would have known what he was like.

Yes I know she had to go home to fetch them,but it still seemed too convenient that she was able to produce them immediately as if she just happened to have them ready and waiting.

And why was Troy not charged with assault previously, if Jade had photo's taken of her injuries the hospital would have had to inform the cops.

I don't think they were medical records FWIW, and I doubt they were taken at the hospital, so they wouldn't know. Did Jade say they were?

Well as far as I know they were medical records,they were dated 28/10/2003 and gave Jade's D.O.B as 26/4/1986,so she was 17 at the time when Troy assaulted her.
With the severity of her injuries it looked like she didn't have much choice but to go to a hospital,I wouldn't have thought she would have just decided to get a friend to take the photo's.

I didn't expect a friend to have taken the photos! I know someone who had photos taken of injuries for a solicitor, and they were taken by a professional photographer. So I thought it could be the same in Jade's case.
