I think Paul had an accident but if Carl had helped him, he might have survived, if I remember correctly, but I know Carl and Jimmy and Matthew I believe moved the body so Carl could not be implicated. Sounds very likely, maybe taking revenge on Debbie as well by torching the garage ,also gives Aaron a reason to move on. Andy Sugden has previous for arson. The bad news is I always seem to be wrong on who dunnits !!

Emmerdale's Adam Barton will be at the centre of the soap's upcoming arson storyline, a tabloid report has claimed.

The young farmer, played by Adam Thomas, sets fire to the village's garage in a dramatic attempt to get revenge against local bad boy Cain Dingle, according to the Daily Star.

Adam is reportedly driven to desperate measures as he blames Cain (Jeff Hordley) for the recent death of his dad John. Keen to settle the score in his unstable state, he decides that he wants to get rid of the villain for good.



While the blaze scenes will see danger for more than one character, it is thought that there will ultimately be no casualties.

However, the Daily Star has also suggested that troubled Aaron Livesy will claim that he is responsible for the incident, wanting to protect best friend Adam.

With Cain on the warpath over the scene of destruction at the garage, Aaron apparently decides that Adam should not suffer any further and takes the blame - before bidding farewell to the village.
