You know what Steve & Becky were one of my favourite couples on the street, but after watching Monday night's episode and last nights tribute to Becky. Becky is well rid of him and Steve and Tracy deserve each other and their misery. All Becky wanted was someone to love her unconditionally and he couldn't do that. He is a spineless twit. Would I loved to see Becky back on the street soon OH Yes 100% but she needs to bring Danny with her and take over the Rovers and rub Stevie's face in it every day to see what he let walk away.

Maybe he could set her up with a guy to see if she would cheat on Steve then divorce her for adultery and she would get nothing and he could chuck her out of the house.

Coronation Street star Kate Ford has suggested that viewers would be disappointed if Tracy Barlow turned nice following her latest setback.

The actress's twisted character was left devastated earlier this week as arch-rival Becky McDonald (Katherine Kelly) exposed the lies she had been telling over her miscarriage - ruining her wedding day in the process.

Tracy's new husband Steve (Simon Gregson) and adopted dad Ken (Bill Roache) have both been left disgusted by her behaviour, but Ford told What's On TV that the schemer should not suddenly change her ways.

Ford commented: "I think Tracy's been a bit nicer lately - a little bit nicer! I think a mixture is nice, otherwise it's all one thing. It's quite nice to have a mixture.

"[Fans would] be really disappointed if she became [all] nice. That's not who the character is - people don't want the character to change."

The 34-year-old added that Tracy's feelings for Steve will remain as strong as ever despite recent events.

Ford admitted: "She's really messed it up, hasn't she? She's spent 20 years trying to get him, and then she's messed it up at the last hurdle! She's not going to give in - ever."

Coronation Street continues tonight at 8.30pm on ITV1.

She is a crap actor who owes her part to her 'relationship' with a certain executive. ALLEGEDLY. It was a huge mistake bringing the character back in a ridiculous storyline and the sooner she returns to London the better

Gail spoke on behalf of the country tonight, when she said that Tracy should go and terrorise some other community. Maybe she will take the hint and take Michelle & Carla with her.
