    I know Cain is nasty, but Zak gets on my nerves?! have you noticed how for ages now Steve H that plays him cany seem to 'keep up' physically? is he ok?

    any scene that involves Zak rushing or running, he labours and plods along really slowly, yet we are still told in the S/L that Zak is the man - physically capable of sorting anyone?

    Perhaps they have realised that Zak has been a great granddad for nearly ten years

    Cain never wins a fight as such. He just hits someone hard when they least expecting it. He's very sly

    The writers need to accodate that into the S/Ls, because if Steve H is going to run like my gran, then they cant keep portraying him as the bare knuckle bruiser who can take on anyone. !!

    Cain is sly, but there is something about him...? Moira is a silly silly girl, but you can understand why...
