Under pressure from Hanssen to deliver a business plan, and torn between the needs of Sunil and his daughter, Michael's day goes from bad to worse when a former patient turns up with complications from the surgery as the medical drama continues. Will Michael cover his tracks or do the right thing?
Meanwhile, Lulu is determined to meet Michael's daughter and take things up a gear. In her desperation to impress him, Lulu manages to alienate not only Michael and his daughter, but also all of AAU.
Keen to befriend Elizabeth, Chantelle steps in to help her with a problem patient but a prank lands them both in trouble with Ric.
