According to The Sun, Matt Cardle reportedly ran up an £8,000 bar bill partying on New Year's Eve.

The X Factor winner and friends, including fellow competitor Aiden Grimshaw are said to have drunk four bottles of Ace of Spades champagne, four of Grey Goose vodka, three of Havana rum, three of Jagermeister and 50 bottles of beer. Cardle and Grimshaw reportedly then then drank for another three hours at their city hotel.

A source said: "The boys looked like they were having a great time and were definitely a hit with the ladies . Drinks were flowing all night long."
