Another week, another X Factor controversy it seems as yet another good singer is sent packing whilst Brazilian karate master Wagner lives another day.
This weekend's drama saw Paije Richardson eliminated, leaving his mentor Dannii Minogue fuming.
She branded the result 'outrageous', adding: "It feels *******. I cannot tell you how bad I feel."
Paije however has taken his exit with dignity, telling ITV show Daybreak this morning that he has no ill feelings towards Wagner.
"I do feel a little bit sorry for him because people are blaming him for being in there - he doesn't vote himself in there," said Richardson. "But he is trying his best and it's his dream as much as it's mine or anyone else's."
Wagner was in less modest of moods, comparing himself to the soldiers with whom he performed the X Factor charity single on Sunday nights results show.
Speaking after the show last night, Wagner is quoted as saying: "We have here tonight the British soldiers who are true heroes and a soldier like a Samurai is always ready for the worst."
