I've just been reading through this thread which has been interesting. I stopped watching Casualty years ago, but started again in about February this year; but I've been watching all the old series on YouTube so I'll catch up eventually.

You haven't missed much. I used to adore Casualty in the Comfort/Bex/Luke/Lara etc days but now its just like a soap, silly characters and non existent patient storylines.

well sophiebaby love ruth and jays in casualty the sooner they get back together the better and she finnally admits her true feelings for once and for all to jay was gutted when she got married to edward thurlow and she only knew him for 3 weeks i felt so sorry for jay when he ran to stop the wedding but it was to late wat were the producers thinking.

Brilliant episode. I loved the way the pace slowed down at the end from the rush of people getting shot and dying to the guy wanting to shoot himself. Lenny showing some emotion was what got me, I think.
