Denise Van Outen has reportedly given birth to her first child, a baby girl.

The 35-year-old presenter and West End actor Lee Mead named their daughter Betsy, according to the Sunday Mirror's celebrity and entertainment columnist Dean Piper.

The journalist wrote on his Twitter page: "Congratulations to Denise Van Outen and Lee Mead who just welcomed their first daughter Betsy Mead into the world!

"I'm so pleased for Denise and Lee - they're a great couple and this little bubba will really complete them. That's all - for now."

Congratulations to them, lovely name too
Van Outen announced in January that she and Mead were expecting a girl, adding that she was euphoric over the impending arrival.

Bones star David Boreanaz confesses to cheating on his wife of nearly nine years, Jaime Bergman, in the new issue of People. The actor, 40, tells the magazine he came forward now because a former mistress, who he declined to name, had asked for money in exchange for her continued silence. ”Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities,” Boreanaz says. “I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible.”

The couple, who have two children, are “working on repairing what has been damaged so badly,” Boreanaz says. Bergman also participated in the People interview.

Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

Zoo magazine has dropped Danny Dyer's advice column following complaints earlier this week about a response to a letter, which suggested a boyfriend should "cut his ex's face".

The remark, which appeared in the actor's 'Ask Danny' piece, sparked huge criticism on social networking sites such as Twitter.

Dyer insisted that he had been "misquoted" and claimed that he would never advise a member of the public to be violent against women. Zoo's publishers Bauer Media and editor Tom Etherington also apologised for offence caused by the article and launched an internal inquiry.

A new statement on the lads' magazine's website today confirmed that Dyer's column would not be returning.

"As an immediate result of an on-going internal inquiry following an indefensible comment published in this week's issue, Zoo has decided to bring the Danny Dyer column to an end," it reads.

"By way of sincere apology and to underline that Zoo condemns any violence against women, we have made a substantial donation to Women's Aid. The space for Danny Dyer's column in next week's issue will be devoted to driving awareness to the issue of violence against women."

Lloyd Daniels has been involved in a serious car accident. The X Factor contestant was knocked unconscious in the crash, which happened last Friday, after he dropped fellow contestant Lucie Jones off at a tube station. He also suffered whiplash, bruises and burns from his airbag.

His mother Lisa told the South Wales Echo, ‘We just thank God that it was not much worse. He's still recovering. He's got quite bad whiplash, his chest is all bruised and he was in shock. He was really upset.'

Lloyd reassured his fans on Twitter that he is feeling a lot better now, posting, 'Thanks for the support guys. I don't know how you found out but I didn't want to worry you all myself because I knew you'd panic.'

Marks & Spencer's supermodel Noemie Lenoir is recovering in hospital following an apparent suicide attempt.

The 30-year-old was reportedly found on the ground by a passer-by in a forest area on the outskirts of Paris after taking a cocktail of drugs and alcohol on Sunday.

According to Sky News, Lenoir's boyfriend, football player Claude Makélélé, initially called emergency services after finding her slumped on the floor of his Paris home. However, she apparently woke up and called to cancel the ambulance, only to leave the house to be found unconscious hours later.

The French-born model was also the face of campaigns for Next, Gap and Victoria's Secret.

She is currently recovering in hospital.

Doris Eaton Travis, the last original Ziegfeld Girl, has died at 106 years old, reports the New York Daily News.

The legendary Broadway actress joined the annual Ziegfeld Follies in 1918 at the age of 14, and returned the next year for what is considered the show's most popular edition.

Travis also performed in silent films during the 1920s prior to relocating to Michigan to open a dance studio. She ran the studio for 30 years before marrying at the age of 45 and moving to a ranch in Oklahoma.

She released her memoirs, entitled The Days We Danced, in 2004.

106 years young, what an age. RIP Doris

Gwen Stefani is reportedly pregnant with her third child.

The No Doubt singer – who already has sons Kingston, three, and 19-month-old Zuma with husband Gavin Rossdale – is said to be expecting again but is experiencing bad morning sickness.

A source told America’s OK! magazine: "Gwen is having a really rough time this pregnancy. She had all-day morning sickness for a while with Zuma, but she's sicker this time round and has been feeling exhausted and dizzy."

The 40-year-old blonde is keen to keep the pregnancy a secret for as long as possible so has been covering up her ever-expanding stomach.

At an event in New York last week, an onlooker said: “Gwen was pulling at her shirt to keep it away from her body. It seemed really strange - but then, when she turned to the side, I could see why. She definitely had a baby bump!"

Gwen recently revealed she is "running out of time" to have another child but is wary of expanding her brood.

She said: "No one could have prepared me for how awesome motherhood is, and how hard. I often feel like I'm running out of time. But I don't want to spread myself so thin that I can't be good for them.

Poor Zuma, he'd be the middle guy. "I'm not focusing on it right now, but it's not up to me anyway, you know? These things are miracles, so we'll see."
