I hate people thinking you should be eating all the time, if you are not hungry you can't force yourself to eat. I have been on a diet since July and my mum is always at me to eat more and more but I can't.

Well said Siobhan I agree with that completley, I hate people trying to force me to eat, it's like i'm not hungry which mean's i ain't going to eat!

As long as you are not starving yourself on purpose then it is fine. I don't force my kids to eat all their meals, no point if they are full.

I agree you shouldn't eat if you're not hungry, Tannie, but you can't blame people for worrying if a young girl isn't eating. I've had experience of eating disorders and I know how they wreck lives. That being said, it must be annoying if people assume things just 'cos you're not hungry

I'm not starving myself on purpose. I've had experience of eating disorders iswell Dazzle. The Pizza's yummy !

It is annoying cause they seem to think i'm on a diet or something but i'm not.

You might find you're extra hungry for a while to make up for it. That's how these things generally work, I've found.

Yeah I go through days where I don't want to eat anything and some days I just can't stop.. your body will tell you what you need..

Yeah ! Ate half of my pizza and gave it to my brother and now i'm tempted to go have a rocky road. Hmmm...

I really want to go for a Nap and all but i know if i fall asleep just now even for an hour i won't be able to sleep tonight
