Sorry to hear you're so stressed right now, Abbie. I'm sending some hugs your way, and hope that the other exams are less stressful for you. You can do it!

Abbie, I'm sure you've done fine. The first year of your degree doesn't count towards your final classification so you only need to pass each module (40%) to progress to the second year.

There's a lot of leeway when it comes to the final grade for a module, lecturers can choose to up your mark if they feel you know the content well but did badly on the day. It pays to get to know your lecturers because if they see you're committed they will do whatever they can if you run into problems later on. The lecturers that I know well and get on with are fine with me just dropping in and asking questions whereas those who don't know my personal circumstances are reluctant to do anything beyond the bare minimum.

I'm going on an activist conference at the end of the month. It's going to be fun and I'll get fed three times a day, including a three course evening meal and free wine by the gallon. Its my first NUS conference and I'm looking forward to it.
    Thanks CrazyLea

It's getting quite scary living here. In my town there have been about 6 deaths within a few months of people between 16-22. About 10+ in the past year. I thought this year would be different, after a bad year last year for people dying. But 2 in 3 days is not a good sign. When will it end .

Are they all accidents or is there anything in common with these deaths? You could just be living in a very unlucky area

It's just unlucky. Nothing linked. One was cancer, 2 heart attacks, 1 possible drink related, 1 drug related/hyperthermia, etc..

I've never really been scared of death before.. but lately I am. I just have a bad feeling that the next one will be someone close to me. Hope that I am wrong though.
