I just want to say (cause I am all excited) I have reached my goal.. I am now officially 9 stone (57Kg) I have lost over 25lb (11kg) in the past 22 weeks which was my target time and weight reached... I am really really proud of myself and going to celebrate with a nice piece of cheesecake (over christmas I will probably put back on a stone )
