I am pleased with today's events, I am now in possession of my City & Guild certificate for my NVQ in Business Administration Level 3, so a lot of hard work has paid off. Will give it a while before attempting Level 4 though lol.

    well done perdita

I have just watched GErmany hammer England in the Euro womens Cup final, it was a good game, 6 2 in the end which is unfair as the england ladies played brilliantly, against the best in the world.

Thanks for the update on the football, wanted to watch but OH hates any sport and we, sorry, he is watching some old war movie with Richard Attenborough when he was in his 30s by the look of it (sigh). No Emmerdale or EastEnders tonight by the look of it

It was a good game, i am not an England fan in anything, (IRELAND) but i so wanted them to do well, unfortunatley the champions proved to difficult. Im looking forward to getting back to uni so i can start playing again! I miss my footy.

Hope its not to longer night. I am all packed now i have 5 days worth of stuff in a little bag for handluggage only, im well impressed, although my dad said my outfit was chavvy which i am not agreeing with, it may be the silent treatment for a bit!

I'm feeling slightly confused. A friend (the guy I was going to move in with) has deleted me as a friend on Facebook. I'm not going to get into bed over it but we were good friends and I don't understand why he deleted me

The students union has been censored. It was only a matter of time until the controversial president was censored Shame they couldn't have done it over something that would cause a storm instead of a piece of writing for the international students handbook.

I'm watching the Proms and trying to relax but I'm a bit tense.

    Aww well done Perdita

Abigail, maybe the guys facebook got hacked?... People are into that lately.

    Omg what a day!
Had a day off from College today,so me and my friend went into town and I parked..... right against a pillar, don't even know how I managed it but as I tried to straighten up my car scarped all against the pillar and has a small dent so I left it as it was and there was only one person that could get us out of the mess... Adam.
So I kind of had to go and face the music and ask him to move my car for me.. he found it highly amusing.. as has everyone else I've spoken to today lol, but he managed to get the car out without even touching the pillar! But yeah.. felt kind of awkward. Meh.

Went back to Slimming World too.. I am sooo determined to do good I don't feel happy and bubbly like I usually do, I'm hoping this will help me loads.

EDIT: Hahaa.... pics of the damage are on my Facebook... courtesy of Cat, who decided it would be funny to take the pictures

    I had an eventful day.
I went to give blood finally for the second time - it was very unsucessful.
I mean they have told me I have tiny veins and they kept saying I have a tiny waist and tiny wrists, I agree about the wrists but not the waist.
Anyway so they got the needle in and I was squeezing really hard but it just wasnt working. They moved it a bit quite a few times so it became uncomfortable. In the end they only got half a bag cos they had to stop since it would start and then stop again cos the small veins I have. They only have 15 mins per person and they said it wasnt fair on me either as she was having to move it a bit to flow.
Anyway got the plaster on went to get a cuppa and the nurse asked me if I was ok and she had to change the dressing cos it bled quite a bit the whole plaster was red. She told that it will bruise quite a bit cos of everything that happened.

I mean apart from a bit of a sore arm, I feel like its just a shame cos the nurse said its gonna be a hit and miss thing, since everything was ok the first time she said they must have got bang in the middle of the vein but this time she thinks, cos I have small veins she must have got the side and so it wasnt working. And its a shame cos giving blood really doesnt affect me, my arm is never too bad and I was even dancing tonight lol.
Well I will try again in January
