Shock pregnancy for 'Enders character

Betting has been suspended on EastEnders' ongoing 'Who's the Daddy?' plot following sustained support for one contender.
Ladbrokes opened a book over which Walford man was responsible for Heather Trott's (Cheryl Fergison) shock pregnancy.
Since it began taking bets, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) was backed into the 1/2 odds-on favourite from 5/1.
The original market leader, Heather's ex-husband Minty Peterson (Cliff Parisi), drifted from 2/1 favourite to 4/1 second favourite alongside Eddie (Will Chitty), the mystery man Heather met in R&R.
Darren Miller (Charlie G Hawkins) remained at 6/1, while Garry Hobbs (Ricky Groves) and Vinnie Monks (Bobby Davro) stood at 8/1 when the book closed. Vinine's son Callum (Elliott Jordan) stayed the rank outsider for the duration at 16/1.
Barman Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) and Christian Clarke (John Partridge) remained 10/1 shots and Charlie Slater (Derek Martin) stood at 12/1.
A spokesman for Ladbrokes said: "Viewers may be in the dark about the identity of the baby's dad but punters are in no doubt - they fully expect another addition to the Mitchell clan."
Earlier this week, details emerged about the name and true sex of Heather's as-yet-unborn child.

If phil is the daddy I will eat my hat... Heather clearly said he was drunk and phil wasn't on the drink then.. and if they are expecting another mitchell, Archie was there too

yes but I have a theory about that. I think Heather said the Dad was drunk as she's ashamed and has a low opinion of herself because she is obese she believes that a guy would have to be drunk to go with her. Phil's the Daddy and Archie is Phil's Daddy but I'm working on that plot for christmas.

Joke on the side I would like Heather to have a decent father of her baby and baby and look after her whether they are together or not, but if they choose someone other than Phil to be Pickle's dad it's a cop out as far as the writers go.
