THE mum of Jacko's two eldest kids has been bought off to drop her bid to get custody of the pair, it was claimed today.

A family source revealed the children's grieving grandma Katherine Jackson has handed over a whopping $4million to get grasping Debbie Rowe to give up her parental rights.
The disgusted Jackson confidant told the New York Post: "It's one final payday."
The Jackson family was not happy about the mega-payout — which was supposed to have been sealed in LA yesterday — but they considered it a necessary evil, the source said.

The friend added: "They felt it was like a ransom-type thing. She (Rowe) jumped back into the picture because she wanted money."
Rowe was an assistant to Jackson's doctor when she met and subsequently married the Thriller singer.
They had two children, Prince Michael, now 12, and a daughter, Paris, 11, before they divorced in 1999.
Rowe, 50, had forfeited her parental rights twice before in exchange for large amounts of cash.
After she split with Jackson, she agreed to allow the star to raise them in exchange for a lump sum of $8million, plus $900,000 annually for five years, it is understood.
Then when Jackson was accused of child molestation in 2001, Rowe resurfaced to reclaim her rights.
But she wound up giving her ex-husband full custody of the children anyway — in exchange for another $4million plus a $900,000 home.
This time around, she is forfeiting her restored parental rights to Jackson's mother, Katherine, in exchange for yet another $4million, it was said.
The source added: "This would be it. This takes away any rights she has to challenge custody at any given time
"If something happens to Katherine, she (Rowe) can't challenge the next guardian, whether that be Diana Ross or someone in the family."
Neither lawyers for Rowe nor Katherine Jackson have commented on the report.
While it had been thought that Rowe was demanding that Jackson's abusive father, Joe, have nothing to do with the children, the source said there is no such language in the agreement
Joe Jackson is reportedly pushing his dead son's children — including Prince Michael II, seven, known as "Blanket" who was born to an unidentified surrogate using donor sperm — to form a new group, The Jackson 3.
But the source said: "That's something the family would absolutely not tolerate."
The King of Pop's siblings are themselves involved in a venture that has become much more lucrative since his death.
Jackson's five remaining brothers were filming a TV pilot for what they hoped would be a reality series about them launching a reunion tour.
The source said while the five initially agreed to be paid a total of between $200,000 and $300,000 for the pilot, they now want to add footage of Michael's funeral into the mix — and boost their take to "between $10million and $20million".

1) pay of the "mother" of the children to keep the kids so you can put them in a tour (what if the kids are not even interested in singing, were they asked?)
2) Take above money from kids grandparents cause you need your cash that is now missing since the father died
3) exploit footage and personal stories about your brother so you have up your earns to 10 million each!!

Where is the sorrow in all this?? it seems that they are all out to make money Micheal...

I understood that Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson decided on a deal that allowed Katherine to have guardianship of the children, but Debbie to have visiting rights - all as long as Joe didn't have a say in their upbringing because of Debbies fears of the children being shoved into the limelight which was the one thing Michael expressed he didn't want to happen?? And that was why they both requested a delay on the order.

i agree. it seems like theyre all trying to make money out of his death which is disgusting! you dont do that to someone you love straight after theyve died

Debbie Rowe would have been granted visiting rights by a court if she had not try to exploit more money out of the Jacksons if the allegation is true but she only wants custody of two of the children but there are three children's welfare in question. Although the Michael and Paris are her's Blanket is there brother and you can't split the kids apart. Sadly I doubt there is one member of the Jackson family who care about those poor kids.

Dr Arnold Klein has reportedly said that he fathered Michael Jackson's two eldest children through artificial insemination.

The doctor, who acted as Jackson's personal physician before the singer passed away last month, is allegedly after guardianship of Prince Michael, 12, and 11-year-old Paris Michael Katherine.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: "Arnie is planning to fight for custody of Prince Michael and Paris. He says he can prove he is their father with Debbie [Rowe] (Jackson's ex-wife)."

The insider went on to reveal that the 'Thriller' star wanted Klein to father his children because of his high level of intelligence. "When Arnie was at college, he would get top marks without having to study - he had a photographic memory and instant recall.

"He becomes more than just a patient's dermatologist - he takes over their health care."

The source continued: "Arnie has told his close friends he is Prince Michael and Paris's father for years, while never giving a straight answer in public. He says he was paid nothing for the sperm but was paid for keeping the information confidential.

"The kids have grown up with 'Uncle Arnie' visiting the house and spending holidays with them."

Jackson's mother Katherine, who it has been suggested has a bitter relationship with the doctor, is currently applying to the court for permanent custody of the children, as well as 7-year-old Prince Michael II (also known as Blanket).

Klein has previously denied donating sperm to the late King Of Pop.

Michael Jackson's father Joe has insisted that he is not planning to transform the late singer's children into famous entertainers.

The 79-year-old, who was responsible for forming the Jackson 5, was rumoured to want Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and 7-year-old Blanket to become musicians and tour as the Jackson 3.

Speaking on CNN's Larry King Live, he said: "Not true. That's a bunch of jive. That's a bunch of... I wish I could say what I should say. That's a bunch of bull... I'm not encouraging them to do nothing. They have to be what they are, kids at the moment."

He went on to allege that he was "barred" access to the 'Thriller' icon before his death, explaining: "I could never get to him. I tried all I could and I could never get to him because he... I was barred away from him by securities and all that type of thing. I could not get to him."

Joe, who also claimed that he was "not hurt" to be cut out of the star's will, added that he had taken his son's passing "very hard" and repeated his belief that foul play might have led to the singer's cardiac arrest on June 25.
