i felt sorry for the little girl too but i personally don't think she should ve got through because she is not strong enough to sing in front of crowds(obviously) how is she going to do it tonight? And if she wins how is she going to cope in front of the queen? i think they should of invited her back next year to see if she cope better then..... im starting to sound like simon cowell

Didnt notice too many REAL tears after she threw her tantrum. Obviously going for the sympathy vote

Do you seriously think a 10 year old girl would be that cunning and calculated??!

Nerves got to the girl (who can blame her, singing LIVE for a pro must be difficult, nevermind a child) and she desperately wanted to do it again, properly... now whether she should have been given another chance, or whether her mother should have stopped her ordeal and not let her go back onstage, or whether her little break down got her through to the final, are all valid questions, but none the fault of that ten year old girl... I just hope she gets through tonight's performance...

Thanking the fabulous TAbbie, for the banner!

I felt sorry for Hollie. Her mum came across as being one of those pushy and pressurising types, who won't take 'no' for an answer. It seems to me that whilst Hollie is extremely talented, she isn't ready yet to be up on the stage performing on national TV and she should wait until she's older, when her talent has developed, she has gained more confidence and has matured.

Asking a 10 year old to perform on national TV is a big ask in my opinion. Why doesn't her mum let her wait until she's older?

I thought it was unfair when her mum immediately declared 'can she sing again?'. No other act got any second chances, but it was as if she thought her daughter was above the rules of the competition.

She messed up and that's because she was nervous and I really don't blame her. She is far too young.

But now she has got through to the final, I wish Hollie the very best of luck for tonight. I just hope she copes ok.

I dont think her mum was pushy
You could tell she wanted to start again when she was going wrong the first time, she even started to say it at one point
her mum was just saying that cos thats what her daughter wanted, I know if that was my daughter and she wanted to do it again I would want her to, to have that second chance rather than leave it and have her feeling horrible about what happened

I want either Susan Boyle or Diversity to win. Susan's performance gave me goosebumps and I thought it was really moving. I know there's loads of hype surrounding her, but it's hardly her fault and I don't think she is being arrogant or anything - I just think she has trouble expressing herself.. I read that she has learning difficulties so she must struggle to adapt to situations that she isn't used too. I thought she did really well considering all the hassle she's been getting from the media.

Diversity's performance was sheer genius, I thought. I loved the buzzer part of their routine. How anyone could have the creativity to choreograph a routine like that is beyond me - brilliant.

Diversity nailed it tonight that buzzer routine was sheer bloody brilliant. Stavros Flatley again unbelieveable entertaining you have to love those two, they're just plain mad. It's going to be a close call but I'm going with Diversity to win.

It should be Diversity or Stavros who wins, no offence to any of the singers tonight they were all amazing but the point of The Royal Variety Show is about variety and entertainment and Stavros Flatley deserve 10 out of 10 for sheer belly laugh fun. Diversity how can a bunch of lads be that talented without any professional training is beyond me.

Diversity were honestly AMAZING, sheer brilliance.
