According to RadarOnline, the actor and former Spice Girl have now settled their legal dispute, with Murphy being granted visitation but not custody rights to the child.

Mel B recently confirmed that she would be interested in becoming a judge on the X Factor.



Eddie Murphy has reportedly been told to pay £7 million in child support to the daughter he had with Melanie Brown.

The News Of The World claims that Murphy has been ordered to pay £35,000 a month until Angel Iris reaches the age of 18.

Although both Murphy and the former Spice Girl have signed non-disclosure contracts preventing either from discussing the settlement in public, sources said that the actor has agreed to see his 20-month-old child.

A friend said: "Mel is delighted that the case is over as she just wanted what was right for her girl. It was never about money - it was Mel's way of asking Eddie to show consideration for Angel."

DNA test results released in June 2007 proved that Murphy was Angel's father after he initially denied that she was his.

Chloe Madeley has apologised after being pictured smoking what appears to be cannabis.

The 21-year-old, the daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, said that she regrets her actions and is sorry for the embarrassment she has caused her family.

The photo, published in the News Of The World, reportedly shows Chloe smoking a bong at a Norfolk party last August.

The Mail On Sunday claims that Madeley and Finnigan confronted her after being shown the paper and she admitted her mistake.

"We've obviously spoken to Chloe and whilst we - like most parents - are aware that kids her age sometimes experiment, it is always a bad idea. However, she is an extremely sensible person, and now she knows that too," the couple said in a statement.

"I was really stupid. I regret doing what I did and have learnt my lesson. I am really sorry for any embarrassment I have caused my family," Chloe added.

Golf champion TIGER WOODS and his wife are celebrating after welcoming their second child.

The 33-year-old's model wife Elin Nordegren gave birth to a son this weekend on 8 Feb 09, reports U.S. newspaper the San Diego Union-Tribune.

The couple, who married in 2004, has a one-year-old daughter Sam Alexis.

Internet sites are reporting that singer Chris Brown assaulted girlfriend Rihanna “with a deadly weapon” early Sunday morning and has been charged with one count of making felony criminal threats.
“Detectives investigating the alleged domestic violence felony battery booked him for criminal threats,” a statement from the Los Angeles Police Department said. “At the time the case is presented to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, additional charges may be filed.”
The star couple were to perform Sunday night at the Grammys but canceled only a few hours before the event without issuing reasons. Both were up for Grammys this year.
The Associated Press reported on Sunday night that Brown was being investigated by Los Angeles authorities following a disturbance call made by a woman in a posh neighborhood of Hollywood’s Hancock Park at 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
Responding police found a female victim with “visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker.”
The police report says Brown had left the scene by the time the cops arrived.
TMZ.com says that Brown was driven to the station Sunday night by high-powered attorney Mark Geragos a few hours before Brown was to take the stage at the Grammys. The high-profile attorney has also represented Michael Jackson, Winona Ryder and Scott Peterson.
Brown could face up to nine years in prison. Domestic abuse could put him away for four years.
Brown and Rihanna, 20, were seen together Saturday night at a pre-Grammys dinner at the Beverly Hills Hilton, about five miles from where police say the alleged incident happened.
Brown, 19, posted a $50,000 bond and was released by police Sunday night. A March 5 court date has been set.

Chris Brown's Wrigley gum ads have been suspended after it emerged that the singer had been arrested for alleged battery on a woman who, according to USMAGAZINE, was his girlfriend Rihanna. "Wrigley is concerned by the serious allegations made against Chris Brown," a company spokesperson said. "We believe Mr. Brown should be afforded the same due process as any citizen. However, we have made the decision to suspend the current advertising featuring Brown and any related marketing communications until the matter is resolved," the statement continued. Chris turned himself into police on Sunday night and both he and Rihanna missed the Grammys as a result. Gavin And Stacey funny man Corden is back with his on-off girlfriend Sheridan Smith, and according to reports he ‘couldn’t be happier’.

The couple were spotted holding hands as they left the Claridge’s Hotel over the weekend, and cuddly Corden confirmed, ‘Yes, Sheridan and I are back together and it’s going brilliantly’.

Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps star Sheridan Smith is said to be equally as smitten.

Corden acquired a bit of a ladies man reputation last year after flirting with Lilly Allen and attempting to woo The X Factor winner Alexandra Burke with a £4,000 Cartier watch, but if the rumours are true he only has eyes for Sheridan now, and has even talked about wanting to marry his ‘soulmate’.

Christine Hamilton has changed her name by deed poll to Mrs British Battleaxe.

The wife of former Tory minister Neil Hamilton made the change to promote an online deed poll provider.

The 59-year-old gained a fearsome public reputation through a number of TV appearances, including the 2002 series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

She published a Bumper Book of British Battleaxes in 1997, and said the new moniker was an obvious choice.

The name change was made in a lighthearted spirit, she said, but was official, and she has a certificate to prove it.

"I haven't got round to changing my bank account, passport or chequebook, but who knows?" she said. "I have to admit I didn't ask Neil before I did it."

The couple became familiar faces on TV after Mr Hamilton, who was implicated in the Commons cash-for-questions scandal in the 1990s, lost his seat in parliament to anti-sleaze candidate Martin Bell at the 1997 general election.

The couple were the subject of a fly-on-the-wall documentary, and Mrs Hamilton took part in the 2002 edition of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

Mr Hamilton said of the name change: "It's quite a surprise to find I'm married to somebody else."

Chris Evans and wife Natasha Shishmanian have had their first child together.

The couple welcomed baby boy Noah earlier today. Evans has posted pictures of mother and baby on Radio 2's website.

"I know everyone says that about their own but he really is a bit special," said the DJ. "Since 8.21am, Noah has increased his age by four times, how cool is that? I would also like to point out that he, so far, is the only one of the three of us not to have cried!"

Speaking about the birth, Evans said: "Tash was admitted into hospital last night, or at least checked into her room and then immediately declared that we go out for one last pre-Noah meal even though she happened to be in labour at the time.

"We went to the great Giorgio Locatelli's place, he of the annual Children In Need Dine And Disco. When we told his front of house girls, all Italian, that Tash was actually almost having a baby, they loved it. I'm sure they were willing her to have it there and then.

"We laughed all the way through our dinner, what a way to kill the pain and suspense of labour - highly recommended. We arrived back at the hospital around eleven, both had a couple of hours kip and then the big boy contractions kicked in and at 8.21am on the 10th of the 2nd 2009 out popped Noah."

Evans has 22-year-old daughter Jade from a former relationship.
