i thought it was quite touching. and there's a bit of a logic to it; i think Sean does love his mum deep down, but he associates her with his dad and he can't bring himself to think about all that. but now he's a parent himself (sort of). plus, who would suspect Jean?

Yup, no one suspected Jean, even Roxy dismissed the idea. I think the character of Christian is being used rather well - he's like 'a voice of reason' type character, always there in times of crisis, trying to persaude people to do the right thing or look at the bigger picture.

Has Nick really changed? He's very convincing so far, but I didn't think Dot would have let her guard down so quickly. Bradley is doing the right thing, remaining suspicious of him, I think. Dotty is played by a good little actress.

I cringed when Ronnie just threw herself at Max!
