Maybe via adopting, NOT naturally!! Not one doctor or medical advisor would recommend in this specific situation to get pregnant naturally, they would be giving a potential death sentence to the other partner who is infection free! Unless you opt for using someone elses sperm via IVF, and in some situations going private and paying lots of money, it's not advisable! So NO they wont be able to naturally have their own child, but they could find other alternatives.
