The only people I can see Tanya covering for is a) one of her kids or b) sean slater...

bear with me on this.. say for instance Lauren did see Tanya in the car but she wasn't driving... Sean took her place at last minute (would explain the look between them) ... now why would tanya cover for him?? well she has no previous and if Sean is arrest the whole burying Max would come out.. We all know Sean is leaving so it was a switch before the accident and it was Sean not Tanya who tried to kill him... (bit far fetched I know but Parkerman, if not nick then it is Den haha)

I don't know that part.. is was just a speculation cause I can't understand why she would cover for anyone else.. even Lauren.. save one child but lose 3??? that doesn't make sense.. well to me it doesn't

Stacey is a witness to say that the person who hit Max did it diliberately. They aimed straight for him and went faster until the moment of impact. If Jack can get Stacey to change her story or revoke it then Tanya could merely say that she didnt mean to do it and tried swerving away from him but still hit him accidently. If you get me.

I still think Tanya is covering for Lauren. Yes by doing so she is losing her 3 kids but no matter what she is still protecting her daughter. Tanya is probably feeling guilty as well because even though it was Max that did everything wrong in the past she will always deep down blame herself for letting him do it and letting the kids see.

Plus i think that Tanya thought that she was going to get bail and then say it was an accident but now Stacey has become a witness it seems less likely that will happen.

In my honest opinion i think that Max deep down knows that Tanya didnt do it and helps to prove her innosence. Maybe that way he will discover that it was his daughter who tried to kill him and then he will realise the extent he has drove his family to. After all if he didnt do what he did in the past none of this would have happened and in a sort of way it is all his fault.

Why would she take the rap for Rainie ?? I can not see Tanya doing that ...but thats just me ,, Raine has not exactly been in Tanya's good books

Yes, I was going to say that. Rainie was originally one of our prime suspects but she seems to have been forgotten recently.

Max visited her just before he was mown down and we still don't know why. If there was no apparent reason what was the point in Max going and why was it mentioned?

As to why Tanya would cover for her sister that is a bit more problematic...I'll go away and think up a good reason!
