I'm intrigued with Peggy's sausage rolls! Presumably she was cooking them for the Vic's Halloween party. How many were there? No more than 20 odd, hardly a feast for a heaving pub! Also, how long does it take for her to whip up a batch? She said she couldn't cook some more and walk to a local shop to pick up some fancy dress outfits! Barmy!!

Didn't I see Archie turn up the oven,,, ???????? So it was his intention to sabotage Peggys sausage rolls,, ( should we ask BBC for the recipe )

Yeah I think he didn't want Peggy in the slinky cat outfit and knew he could scupper all of her plans by burning the sausage rolls, a masterstroke - which worked!

he dumped it in the gardens. i didnt understand why hed been so careful to always have it wrapped up and not touch it previously and then he just decided to touch it to throw it away!

That bit did tick me off a bit! Soooo careful just at the last minute, argh!
I loved how dramatic it was even though no body was found and it was attempted murder but ahh well
