Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona has hit back at allegations that she was drunk while doing a This Morning interview yesterday. "Kerry would like to categorically state for the record that that the only thing she drank before the show was cups of tea," said her husband Mark Croft. Katona appeared erratic, slurring her speech and seeming disorientated. “Having answered the questions to the best of her ability, Kerry was upset at the insinuation that she was on anything other than the prescription drugs, which she has always been honest about taking," Croft added. This Morning presenter Philip Schofield denied that the star had been ambushed, saying that she arrived too late for producers to assess her condition. Britney Spears is planning to dress up as herself for Halloween.
The popstar will reportedly go to her own party wearing a bald cap to make fun of her infamous head-shaving incident from early 2007.
A friend is quoted as saying: "Britney has always loved Halloween. She's got a lot of friends and family coming over and they'll all be in costume. She's thinking of going as herself but back in her shaven head days.
"She's genuinely horrified when she looks back at those times, so she figures that look would be a great costume for Halloween. She won't actually be shaving her head this time though!"

THE mother of Oscar winning actress JENNIFER HUDSON has been killed.
Investigators say two shooting victims were discovered inside a home belonging to Hudson's mother just before 3pm on Friday.
One of the victims was 57-year-old Darnell Hudson.
The other victim was identified as Jennifer's brother, Jason.
A cousin who lived nearby discovered the bodies.
The shooting is believed to be domestic, police said.
Jennifer won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Dreamgirls. She recently announced her engagement to boyfriend David Otunga

Fern Britton has spoken out about a sex attack ordeal when she was younger.
The This Morning presenter had handed in two lost dogs to a local police station in Cambridge when she was 21.
She later returned to the station, where the duty sergeant told her that the owner of the animals had collected them and would like to thank her for returning them.
After a pleasant first meeting, Britton ended up inviting the man round for dinner at her flat, where he started to make advances.
"Before I knew what was happening he was up on his feet and trying to kiss me - pushing me against the wall, then down on to the floor," the star writes in her autobiography, serialised in the Daily Mail.
"It was a long time before I told anyone. I knew I had put myself in a dangerous position ... I'd invited this stranger into the flat so it was my fault it had happened. I had agreed to a dinner date. I had let him do what he did."
She added that she has since "blotted" the incident out of her memory and got on with her life.
Good on her but not all can "just" get on with it and blotting it out might not be the answer for everybody.
