Tony had no interest at all in working with Lucas until Bianca said he'd be working with kids then his whole attitude changed and he became really keen. Gross. I feel so sorry for Whitney, she looked so happy when she was rehearsing with Peter. I wonder what Ian will do when he finds out Tony hit Peter, although I suspect Whitney will convince him not to tell his dad.

How did Tony get in the house? Does he have a key to Ian's place?
Also, I thought the idea of calling the play Romeo and Julie was that it was going to be in modern speech. What were all those "thees" and "thines" for then?

it's all getting a bit too much really, it really is good script writing and excellent acting, he makes me feel sick just looking at him, I have to keep telling myself that it's only a soap but unfortunately it's happening all around us in real life, well done to eastenders, I suppose that this has been deeply researched, I just hope that it doesn't go on too long................
Where did Whitney's tan come from tonight? In the morning she's all pasty in her school uniform. Then, wearing a yellow top she's all golden and glowing!
I saw a debate about this storyline on The Wright Stuff last week and Anne Diamond inparticular was on her high horse saying that there's no place for this kind of stuff on a Soap Opera, it's all sensationalism etc etc. A lady then phoned in and said that she was abused as a youngster and was watching an episode of Casualty which was portraying child abuse. That programme made her realise that what was happening to her was wrong and gave her the strength to speak up. So, I agree that the storyline is uncomfortable to watch but, if as a result of it being highlighted on Eastenders it stops just one child from being abused then it will have been worth it.
