I went to a funeral yesterday - the first one I've ever been too. It was really upsetting. It was for the Chairman of the Scout Group I used to attend. He will be a loss to the town and I will miss him, but it was a good turn out for him. Last night, I went out with some mates though and that was nice.

Todays been quite a nice day - stayed in bed 'til after midday, just how I like it.

Don't know what time I got up today. My mum came in and woke me up as she was told that my friend's mum has died. I don't think she really knew what to say to my friend's dad when he told her; it was so sudden. Me and my mum are going to the funeral on Tuesday; my mum was friends with her and I've always got on well with her. I feel so sorry for the kids. It's hard for anyone to lose a parent at any age but my friend has 2 sisters who only turned 13 the day before their mum died. They have epilepsy so I don't know how they're going to cope. My friend's only 15 and the oldest daughter is 18.

I've ordered a DVD recorder from the Dixons website which needs to be signed for and it'll arrive on Tuesday by the looks of it so I don't know what's going to happen about that.

Davey and Kim I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of you're Scout master Davey and you're friends mum Kim. I lost my mum 13 years ago and from a personal experience Kim it doesn't matter what age you are, you will always need your Mum.

My week at work has been hectic. The student return to college on Monday 25 and as you can imagine it mad, with having to create new class registers, organise enrollment forms and other admin duties.

Been to the cinema to see Mamma Mia this evening. Was a great night out. My sister went to La Senza as I gave her a £5 off voucher and I ended up spending another £33. I spent £45 on Wednesday My excuse is that nne of my bras fit me so I needed some new ones. And some new pjs

My sister said something really funny in the car. It was raining pretty hard, she said word for word, "that's not rain, its just pretend rain, it's not even touching the floor." No idea what pretend rain is

I want to move to Scotland! Fed up with the summer now; nothing to do around here. One of my friends from school asked if I'd like to go to her house on Monday. She didn't realise there are no buses up there at all on a bank holiday because there's only one firm that does them to there and they don't work bank holiday. I thought my dad would take me as a reward for my results; he seemed happier with them than I was. He hasn't agreed yet. I'll be gutted if I can't go because I haven't been able to see any of my friends this summer.

I hope you have wellies Kim as we have rain, rain and guess what more rain. Don't get to pi$$ed off you will see your friends back at school soon. If you want to move north of the border I will foster you to look after Marley and I will go wandering the country visiting all our SB buddies.

It's brill. I laughed my socks off in places. Julie Walters and Pierce Brosnan were far better than Meryl Streep. I don't rate her as an actress.

I'd be fine taking a nine year old. There's no sex scenes, strong language or anything else you wouldn't want Marley to see or hear.
    Thanks CrazyLea
