Had an eeg today, they gave me a sedative so I'm still tired. I still don't understand why I had to deprive myself of sleep last night when they were going to sedate me

Went shopping, got some DVDs and a face mask from Lush.

Then the family came around for my Nans lovely home made cook dinner yum yum
Then went to my friends house with a few people which was good
Just watched BB and chilled and talked and then walked home with my friend and we had a biiiiig catch up
