I've got a feeling that he was responsible for Zainab's scars. She actually seemed frightened of him while they were at the front door after she had told Jase to put the blanket back on the wall. I think there's definately some history there.

What a creep. We'll have to find her a suitable husband. Yuck ( when I was 16 someone suggested the same. The man didn't reckond that girls raised in The Netherlands do not put up whit that sort of c**p).
Good that Zainab married the right man, he will not be cross with her standing up. He is far to scared of her.

I agree there must be some sort of history between that BIL even his kids look terrified ..
