    also, and this is slightly different, you can get them from places like clintons as they come with a teddy as the cover for it haha! (if im actually talking about the same things lol!)

    You might find damp warmth helpful, i.e. putting a damp teatowel round the hot water bottle, this is what I was told at first aid training by a gorgeous trainer.

    Yeah, I find hanging over the edge of the bed helps You look kinda wierd and people think you're loopy if they walk in.
