Any ideas on what caused Jack's Daughters injury.

I think that he may have been involed in some undercover police work in a gang, and they have found out that he was an undercover police and did that to his daughter, and that's why his ex wife blames him.

Having heard Jack's side and I don't think he has any reason to lie, I think that's really unfair. He was only doing his job when he put that man in prison. It's not his fault that that man revenged himself on Jack by trying to run down his wife and daughter - Jack obviously loves his daughter very much. Maybe Ronnie shouldn't have gone behind his back though its understandable why. I'm glad Jay sdtoo up to those thugs and refused to break Dot's window but he should never have got involved with them to begin with. I'm not surprised that Jane thought it was Steven behind the notes but it clearly wasn't as we saw Ian leaving them and I don't believe Steven would ever do anything like that again - he was ill when he did all those terrible things in October. Ian looked ridiculous in that mask but I'm glad he and Christian have worked things out - that was a really good idea - Ian and Jane have a romantic Greek candlelit dinner while Christian babysits. I'm starting to like Christian now.

Jay getting stabbed was soooo naff! the scenes at Dot's were really good, although why didn't she call the police? i would have thought that would have been the first thing she would do. although the clip of her with the fag in one hand and the rolling pin in the other was good! the confrontation with Minty was really good, we know Minty's a bit of a hard-man (or at least was), but he didn't let them rile him or take the bait. good example for Jay as well.

but then it all got let down by the feeble half-hearted stabbing scene. what was that about? if i hadn't known what was going to happen in advance i would have been rather confused!

I think he got a lot of info from Roxy. They were having a chat in the cafe and Roxy told him about Jane's affair with Grant.
