Jane disappointed me. Yes, she was shot by Steven, no she can't have children that are biologically her own now, but it was an accident. Ian, Peter and Lucy all wanted Steven there and for her to say that Ian was doing it all for himself, not even thinking that Peter and Lucy wanted their brother with them too, then she was being a little selfish herself, not thinking of them two.

But at the end of the day all of Steven's actions were unforgivable and I think Jane was kind to allow him an hour in the home. If Steven hadn't stalked Ian and kept him hostage then he never would have got his hands on the gun and shot Jane. He might not have meant to shot her but he did, and I can't believe he and Pat think that he deserves her forgiveness. Jane has every right to still be grieving and upset, I don't blame her one bit.

I totally agree with you, yet people seem to think its all okay cause the gun was given to him by Lucy. He kept the gun and took it to the flat where he was holding Ian hostage.

Im surprised Ian has forgiven him sooo readily tbh, and I can quite understand Jane's anger towards Steven. What he did accident or not has left Jane childless.

Though I have to say for the first time ever, I did feel a little for Steven when Jane said his hour was up! Think it must have been all the Christmas spirit I consumed!!! lol

I don't think I said he deserved forgiveness - I just felt for him when his hour was up, not necessarily for his sake but for Peter and Lucy's. I don't condone any of his actions and am surprised that anyone gives him the time of day. I wouldn't forgive him if I were Jane, but....imo Ian wasn't being selfish for himself, he was thinking about Peter and Lucy also, that was what I was meaning...

Yeah, I see what you mean, and I think thats why I was feeling a little bad for Steven, as Peter and Lucy were obviously enjoying him being there....Jane was abrupt in the way she told him his time was up too!

the thing about it is jane could never have her own children with ian before the shooting either .....he has had a vasectomey, the only reason bobby was conceived after that was because it was within a certain amount of time and it wasnt completly safe, doesnt jane know this about her husband
